I'm afraid of losing you,
When you were gone for just ten minutes,
Living your usual day with your little crew.

I'm afraid of being your burden,

When I would go from happy to sad in seconds,
Just for you to assert that I'm the one.

I'm scared of being ill-treated,
When I become too easy on you,
Just because I want to give you all my best.

I'm scared of dependency,
When I waited for you to text back frantically,
Thinking it might be best to give up soon.

My mind is going out of control.

You won't like this 

Because how could you love me when I don't love myself. 

So where have you been?
